  Each item is handmade and customized to order. Please allow 10-12 business days for production before your order ships. (Processing times may vary slightly during holidays or high-order seasons.)

  Orders are shipped via [USPS/UPS/FedEx] with tracking provided. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.
  
• Shipping Rates

• International Shipping
  
  We currently do not offer international shipping.
  
• Lost or Delayed Packages
  
  Once an order has been shipped, The Custom Craft Lab is not responsible for carrier delays or lost packages. If your package appears to be lost, please reach out to the carrier directly with your tracking number. We will gladly help as much as we can from our end.

At The Custom Craft Lab, every item is handmade and customized just for you. Because of this personalization, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

That being said, your happiness means the world to us, and we understand that things can happen. We will gladly make it right in the following situations:

• Incorrect personalization (such as misspellings, wrong numbers, or details that do not match your order form).
  
• Defective or damaged items upon arrival.
  
• Wrong item received (different color, size, or style than what was ordered).
  

Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns or exchanges for:

• Incorrect size or color chosen by the customer.
  
• Normal wear and tear.
  
• Items returned without prior approval.
